Andy’s Tire Shop Donation Request Policy and Guidelines

With retail locations in 6 strong communities, Andy’s Tire Shop is asked to support hundreds of charities and fundraising events each year. While we would like to help every cause, due to the shear amount of requests we are unable to accommodate them all. In order for your organization to be considered for a donation, you must comply with the following guidelines:

• All donation requests must be submitted online. Written or phone requests are not accepted.
• The donation form must be filled out completely.
• The organization must be located within Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland).
• Your organization is eligible for one donation per calendar year.
• Your request for a donation item must be submitted at least 4 weeks before your organization needs the item.

For those that comply with the guidelines Andy’s Tire Shop randomly selects the donation winner at the end of each month. Submitting an online form does not guarantee your organization will receive a donation. Winners will be contacted via email in the first week of each month.
